01 — OVERVIEW

Green Heaven Mart delivers fresh vegetables, fruit, fish, meat and daily essentials to homes in Badda and Gulshan, Dhaka. Customers can order for delivery within the hour or book a scheduled slot. Its own riders handle delivery and payment is cash on delivery. The platform has three surfaces: a customer storefront, an operations admin dashboard and a mobile-first rider app.

02 — MY ROLE: SOLE FULL-STACK ENGINEER

I am building the whole product on my own, from design system and UI to the backend. The design tokens, core component library, storefront, customer account, admin dashboard and rider interface are complete and deployed on Vercel. Backend services, phone OTP login and live order data are in progress ahead of launch.

03 — BUSINESS RULES

Orders under ৳200 carry a ৳30 delivery fee; ৳200 and above ship free. Service starts in Badda and Gulshan, the 30-minute instant-delivery target is shown as a target, not a promise, and the admin and rider views are built around a two-rider operating model.
